All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour to ensure all quantities displayed online are true and accurate, however will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your phone or computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserves the right to terminate or cancel orders when there has been a website malfunction, technical disturbance or incorrect price displayed. A notification to the customer will be immediately sent and any payment received from the customer will be refunded.

All SALTHOUSE ENGLAND products are branded with gold foil and will have the “SALTHOUSE ENGLAND” logo present in gold. This applies to all monogrammed products.

Competitions

Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter any Salthouse England competition, we will assume that you have read and agreed to them.

Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Salthouse England or members of their immediate families.

By entering a Salthouse England competition, including customer of the month, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. For competitions where a partner is involved, it is the entrant’s responsibility to check the partner’s terms and conditions as Salthouse England cannot be held responsible for external parties.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. The closing date for entries will be shown on the competition, after this date the no further entries will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).  Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If you do not respond within 7 days of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Salthouse England reserves the right to choose another winner.

Salthouse England will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date.

Salthouse England is the promoter of the competition, we reserve the right to cancel this competition without notice.
